Even if they did satisfy their deadline (for once) and dropped the results by 30 June, they will only have a month, or two of funding left (maybe less). No BP is going to smash out a deal in that timeframe. If you get funding from BP, IMO the earliest that the money would be in the bank is next Q4 2024, or even early/mid next year.
If you look at the last CR. They said several times that there wouldn't be a CR and then ran out of cash. Exactly what is going to happen this time around!
"This time it will be different". Add that to the list of investing deadly sins.
