    They aren't really my assumptions as such. They are the assumptions put forward in discussions here over and over again. They are the underlying investment case for most holding. I just used those best case assumptions to step through the timeline for refinancing requirements.

    But yes I agree, if those assumptions came to fruition then the price would have the corks popping and people digging into the back of their couch to find the coin to buy more in the CR.
