    Lets be honest, without a Delorean and a Flux Capacitor the words "on time" are no longer in play. Now its just a matter of "How Late" will the results be, "How Low" will they issue the new stock, "How Much" will they raise, "How Good" will the results be, "How High" will the market reaction go and "How Long" will it run for.
