Domino's is getting a class action by shareholders because of issues with continuous disclosure rules and issuing of misleading statements.
The claim will allege that, between 18 August 2021 and 3 November 2021, DMP engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct, made misleading statements, and breached its obligations of continuous disclosure to the market in relation to the representations made about its expected performance in the Japan market.
