I personally asked last year if they still thought the results would be done by the end of the Year, and was told:
"we have nothing to add other than what has been stated in recent Announcements"

Now it is 6 months later and we are still waiting for the results.

So yeah I definitely feel mislead,
Especially after asking that specific question only to be fobbed off
And be treated like a fool.

We pay their wages !!!!
And pay for their lifestyles.

So the least they can do is answer questions honestly.

When did they become aware that they made a mistake on the CRO they chose?

Why did they choose not to tell the truth to all shareholders?

Why were we not told about the error and that all timelines were off,
And would not be achievable?

How many people did they give their classic
"we have nothing to add other than what has been released in recent Announcements"
Line to AFTER becoming aware of the CRO issue,
Knowing that the Announcements were now incorrect?

Why did they not keep an informed market,
And update them as soon as they became aware that deadlines stated were not achievable?

I blame whoever tells the mistruths.

There is no need to hide things,
mislead others ,
Or state false deadlines.

They need to grow up,
Admit their mistakes,
Tell Shareholders the full true story,
And stop misleading the market by not updating the deadlines or
telling shareholders of the CRO error.

It is not good enough to not update the market,
When they become aware of price sensitive information that means that the Announcements they have made are no longer correct.

And stop sticking by those false announcements when they know they are no longer correct.
