Your proposition is possible but so is the proposition that:

1. They don't shore up their cash position;
2. They don't publish results this quarter or the next.
3. The market gets a hint there isn't a commercial deal sending the share price into the abyss.

Do you see the problem?

It's all just speculation based on trust and faith, informed by past company annoucements and statements that have been proven to be untrue.

Each to their own but time will tell and time runs out in coming weeks.
