I hope MM pulls a rabbit out of the hat or it looks like her retirement gift might be tar & feathers and perhaps a couple pitch forks up the bum. I still give a bit of latitude due to budget constraints but keeping the market informed complaints are definitely becoming more and more valid. Still green on this one and still hoping for success.
