Appreciate your view, they've said they are / will be- see post to Duce. The trials are designed with BP in mind, Not saying there sis no risk in development, saying that the noise here is assumptive in the negative, despite explicitly good results and stated intent to discuss with BP to licence.
Its fair to distil this to assumption either way ( essentially management are liars or not), you're sitting on the side that contradicts what's being stated by management, CRO, etc despite regulation etc
