Yes it does - and small biotechs do it all the time - and that is how they get interested partners.

You stated that they were "sharing results" - there are no final results to share at the moment so they can't be doing that, can they?

This is noted in the quarterly report:

The data from all three Phase 2 trials will be central to demonstrating to potential pharmaceutical
partners and regulatory authorities the safety and efficacy of BIT225 in patients with currently unmet
medical needs.

Again "discussion" is just that. It is misleading to suggest that it is the same as negotiating - unless you can produce where BIT said that.

You may have been mis interpreting what came out in the half yearly report. It does not say sharing the(non-existent) report - just data and discussions on existing programmes.

Sharing data and discussions on the Company’s antiviral programs including the HIV-1 and COVID-19 Phase
2 clinical trials with potential pharmaceutical company partners with a view to commercialisation of the
Company’s antiviral intellectual property.

We need to keep stuff factual at this stage.
