This is what makes the partner and the protocol of the next trial so important. Macrophages are also an important reservoir that require attention. This drug will go into combination with another, not just ART. It's always been a combination of responses needed to kill viruses off. BIT will not cure on its own, neither will any of the drugs tried so far. A single pill per day, which will be a combination of several compounds, is what pharma are looking for. BIT is well on target, by current worldwide published results, to be in the mix to be one of them. The next six months will tell the story. So far, so good imho.
