Can't imagine that a phase 3 trial will not be required. The nature of a phase 3 trial would be essential to get any licencing agreement of any sort.

Phase two trials really only are proof of concept trials.

I think you're likely correct irt Ph 3. It doesn't however preclude a sale or licencing arrangement here though does it? I've no doubt you have more experience with Pharma investment than I do, but I had a read just now irt the above, there are a few options where I think that this could bypass Ph3 in some cases. Happy to be disproven btw, but it would appear that different countries have different names for what is essentially life saving medication. List includes names such as "Emergency Access, Special Access Schemes, Named Patient Programs" and the like.

Supports why I think equivalently robust 11s are going to place us in a very strong position here.

To your point re cure, I suspect even if they had the capacity to measure a result, would anyone call it after 6 months? They said patients remained on CART on right? Also as mentioned, I suspect BIT is heavily regulated in what it can say at prelims qt any rate. Maybe this restores some of your confidence in Mgt? If so, did you notice the comment they made re potential new class of drug?
