27 patient trial in Thailand is hardly news worthy when other phase 2 HIV-1 trials are done with around 300 to 600 patients imo.

There is only a cure if all cellular reservoirs are cleared not just one.
"Higher levels of sCD163 are linked with worse clinical outcomes in patients. This reduction of sCD163 by BIT225 may provide additional clinical benefit in these patients. "
Once again 27 patients tested and only "may provide clinical benefit" , and half with placebo. So results from 13 or 14 patients. Hardly partner material imo.
