$10 Billion Deal, page-1856

I've not read of anyone assuming Locarnini to lead a research program for BIT. Most stakeholders here understood Locarnini's association as a NED other than Dav and Mal. Would a NED with a prestigious reputation and credibility associate themselves to a 'charlatan' as Dav has implied countless times? I seriously doubt it. Could this be part of the 'alignment' for BIT and a probable deal?

This would not be outside the the realms of possibilities.
In fact, it's looking like a pretty good bet.

Dav and Mal's narrative are:

Locarnini serves no purpose in BIT except attend meetings despite being so busy with other commitments. But he has time for meetings.

BIT 's silence means no deal.

Patent's expiry. As if an expiry date would stand in the way of a profit and a 'general good to humankind'.

The stakeholders are dumb.

The four narratives are enforced in the same way a campaign is run.

It is a misinformation campaign...no doubt about it. What drives it is probably interesting but not as interesting as BIT's potential.
