I understand that people are concerned with the trial only containing 27 patients, but in airing this concern they are showing how little they understand the process. These people aren’t just roped in at random from off the street, clinical trials are carefully designed to represent as broad of a spectrum of variety as humanly possible thus their subjects tend to be critically assessed and selected for the purpose of ‘covering all bases’ if you will 

Don’t forget, these people are high level academics and thus thoroughly aware of how to perform adequate research - I somehow don’t think they need help of random forum trolls to identify their pitfalls concluded from behind a keyboard after reading a summary of their research comments of data yet to be released to the public
