@Chuck has a pharmacology background and worked with Peter Gage at some point in his career. I don't know why he is still invested in BIT, but he is not going to engage in mindless upramping.
Yes the history of BIT is probably the best prediction of what is going to happen in the future if you don't want to worry about the science.
