My thoughts are BIT don't need the SP higher than currently but they definitely dont want it lower. I dont believe they are minuplating the SP but they have no reason to send a newsletter until later in the year if they dont have market sensitive information. The current SP means diddly squat to them at the moment (disregarding MM comment about discussions with MC $100m). I personally have a different view to Dav when it comes to the 4c, and believe in this instance no news (or spending) is good news - much like you have stated previously. I also seem to remember in last years budget the R&D refunds were going to be harder to get going forward so cash in bank is important. BIT would rather conversion of OB over CR.

My thoughts are if there is no market sensitive news or newsletters forthcoming then the SP will drop a few cents resulting in OB going to around 1 - 2c, and then a month or two out from expiry they'll pump it with a newsletter to get the 52w avg above 6c and hope DT keep it up for conversion while underwriting the options. However if there are any announcements beforehand (even a simple newsletter) the SP could easily go to 20c again and OB follow. The best thing about this year compared to others is the increased hype and volume... Plus I'm actually optimistic on the witheld results/reports and fact they hired additional staff and SL. I would like to see some more results though ... If you're happy to wait another 6 weeks in the hope of no announcement there will be a sell off late June for tax purposes. That may provide you the opportunity to buy into heads at say 4-6c or OB at 1-2c.. Once again if absolutely no new news.
