It is hard to value the library as so little detail has been released on it. It appears rather small (< 500 compounds), but the level of diversity within it is unknown. The large pharma companies have libraries with millions of compounds.
Beyond the library BIT has some ageing patents and a reasonable amount of cash in the bank. Without the HIV dream (and MM to sustain it), BIT is maybe worth $10 million, but this is just a guess.
With MM around I would be surprised if BIT gets down to this MC anytime soon. I think she can keep the shareholders believing a deal is just around the corner - if after all this time they still believe why would they stop now.
