My money is on another pump and then underwritting. It's the only logical reason for the silence - other than confidential negotiations as previously discussed.
I seem to remember you saying heads should be around 8c and OB around 3.5c which I agree with. I'm guessing the reason for the current drop in heads is due to tax, and hope OB follows. We still have a few days to go to see what happens. It would be rude for BIT to provide a newsletter this week, so I imagine we'll get one mid July and will see SP change on this.
