are you positive it was last month and not last year I know that yes it does say the date of when the conference was held but unclear on what year perhaps it's just old information that has just cycled back around and resurfaced which I'm wary of as it is a common thing you come across on these threads relating to BIT (perhaps due to the lack of information out there)
