PDT and PST are the same thing!
So it can be released here in Oz at 2AM? / 4AM on the 10th of July in Australia? (not sure why the difference in time? maybe daylight savings etc?)
but it certainly is the next day here or the day before there? if you get my drift, so plenty of time for a Trading Halt on Friday here in Oz.

The above one says 9AM on the 9th PST is 4AM on the 10th in Melbourne?
