I am not too sure about the choice of words in first sentence of the 2nd last paragraph on page 3. It could hypothetically be a conversation with landscaping contractor who is/was potentially interested in BIT-225 as much as he is interested in having a coffee at local meccas. There isn't any clarity provided by BIT. leaving half of the stuff to imagination isn't clear and precise communication.
remaining sentences do talk about the process but last sentence says it all.
