    It will take time to see if our compounds are going work at a non toxic dose.

    That’s the only issue I see, and it can’t be solved without a lot of work on animals, after we get the initial results. I hope they can use 225 as a guide to efficacy vs toxicity. Or just use 225...... but I think the other related compounds will be better.
