A normal business approach could be if...Gilead has patented BIT225 compound for use in any vaccine that they may develop.... then surely their would be some license agreement for a royalty to be paid to BIT or that BIT pay a royalty to Gilead ...I recall earlier in the year or may of been late last year Gilead were going to apply for the BIT225 patent...I can not understand why an announcement on this has not been released. Still worth holding with all these behind the scenes episodes
