Doesn't matter much about initial $ or shareholding stake in BIT for HIV IMO, it will be about the partnering and financing of a Phase III. If big pharma gets on board with this end (P3) who knows where this goes. Anyway happy to just be on board to some extent to find out..

Problem in understanding is lack of data from Ph II result in support of 'conclusion' given by BIT. They have been working on this for such a long time and finally seem to have got an efficacy indication for HIV. Lets hope the science is in place. While company not releasing any detail the actions of big pharma will be the ultimate determinant.
