my AZ shot experience was much the same. Highish fever first night, but fine next day apart form tiredness from poor sleep. My three day mild headache set in the next week, and like you, no amount of paracetemol would relieve it.
However, I was awarded a mango lollypop. Not quite the same as the real fruit, and a bit sticky between the fangs, but a treat all the same. Worth a jab for .
