As I did say though - no one knows whether it is totally effective and silence from BIT management and BP can mean one of two things - BP is in talks with BIT and there is a need for commercial privacy provisions (as you alluded to) - or, as I mentioned, the effectiveness of BIT225 has not been proven or may have proven it is not the answer.

Holders (and I know that I am no longer a holder) need to at least accept that BIT may not be successful as a COVID treatment. It is not a done deal at the moment.

I do accept the novel vitamin E aspect of BIT225 as being the wild card.
