I think they said COVID was issue Spring / Summer last year. At the time I googled CRO staffing constraints and that story checked out.
I wonder how long they've had prelims. The phone comment around not wanting to put out fluff announcements or words to that effect was interesting though.
Leaves it open to interpretation, biases to positive perspective imo, especially given when the announcements are positive
But there's certainly some space for conjecture in there somewhere, point is "big news" needs announcement without negotiation coverage
