Leaves it open to interpretation, biases to positive perspective imo, especially given when the announcements are positive

But there's certainly some space for conjecture in there somewhere, point is "big news" needs announcement without negotiation coverage

yes the delay could be interpreted in different ways—I personally think that is a positive due to a potential deal, all in my opinion anyway!
