The mice were dosed 12 hourly for 14 doses by oral gavage (Day 7 =
last day):
Group 1: 5 mice dosed with 100 mg/kg BIT225
Group 2: 5 mice dosed with 300 mg/kg BIT225

300mg/kg TWICE DAILY 600mg/ Kg per day
Largest dose 600mg per KG per day , average human weight 85.9Kg for a male, 71.1Kg for a female median is 78.5 600mg/kg per day is for one kilo 600mg is .0006 kg multiply that 78.5kg = 0.0471Kg per day median weight for one person
Would this not equate for 8Kg = 169.8 day/median doses?
