Livent trades at a significantly higher multiple, if this allows ake / mergeco to maintain nyse listing (suspect this is the case) then it's a no brainer.
It is what most wa producers aspire to do, list in the US and attract a higher multiple. MinRes has talked about a lithium spinoff and US listing for some time now.
