Yeah not sure how to take it either.
Despite the obvious enthusiam from others and the pre-market its not clear to me what these achives for shareholders.
Value doesn't simply appear out of thin air. Economies of scale, sharing of knowledge blah blah blah.
I'll wait to see the detail as well. I know next to nothing about Livent.
