Any revival depends almost solely on the continued recovery in oil prices. Some analysts are saying this glut could last up to 2 decades. Some are say its almost certainly over. It's anyone's guess. I'm betting big that POO is on a slow but upward trend back to $80 within two years. I don't think we will see prices below $40 again. All imo.
