As far as all the management concerns/complaints let's review:
Inked a deal with BARDA that funded their clinical trials (Perry was on the BOD at that time and likely had a hand in it).
Did a small equity raise shortly before approval to buy their own manufacturing facility which gives them very good control over production costs and gross margins.
Got approval from the FDA for the first real new burn treatment in over 20 years.
Due to the fact they owned their own production facility they were selling product immediately after approval.
Made exceptional progress in penetration of the burn market despite all the issues surrounding Covid.
At the same time they began 3 clinical trials for other indications with two oversubscribed equity raises that put them in an excellent position to bring those to fruition.
And now they have gotten a greatly expanded label for burn use. For anyone who understands how slow the FDA usually operates this was done in record time.
