"the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved expanded use of the RECELL® System in combination with meshed autografting for the treatment of all sizes of acute full-thickness thermal burn wounds for both pediatric and adult patients."
It's not approved as a replacement for skin grafting, it's only approved for use in combination with meshed grafts, where it allows wider meshing so it covers a larger area.
As for it's use in small or superficial burns the evidence is very limited that it confers any benefit. Read the NICE report about why AVITA's submission was rejected.
So I guess we will have to wait and see whether or not revenues improve.
