But the main issue is has crowd1 been deem illegal yet in SA? We agree they are being investigated but whether or not they have been found guilty of any misconduct in SA is yet to be seen. Like I said I believe emerge would have done their due diligence and as bagman and other put it will not jeopardise their entire operation and collaboration with other companies especially MTN if they think crowd1 or TIM is a risk. Even though it has nothing to do with emerge if crowd1 is found illegal it will definitely affect em1s integrity and record and reputation. So for now we will assume crowd1 hasn't done any thing illegal in SA cause its innocent until proven guilty
