Yes, options will need to be in the money, but they've got another couple of years to run, as a general rule people don't exercise their options until the deadline is approaching, for obvious reasons, so the options won't be the focus for now, the performance shares might be a factor in the thinking but that's a very big ask within 12 months from now, and they can always issue a new tranche if the current ones expire - anyway, interesting times, for sure.
