2 - Another party, Alliance, will come to the table, ON THE CONDITION, that FAS can secure approximately 4 times their current market cap in additional funding. Given the current market conditions that would be some achievement.

I think you're views of how an investment decision is made are a little naive.

I hope for the sake of long suffering FAS shareholders something comes of this and you all make it rich.

I just note the convenient caveat in the funding proposal, the current cash condition of the company and I'm skeptical.
