You recommend going through the EPM announcements. I sometimes wonder whether you yourself have read them.
I get the shivers when I think of the announcement to the ASX of the conditions of purchase from Cerium on 14 January last year.
Where are the 20 million dollars coming from that EPM still has to pay to Cerium, whatever that obscure shell of a company is?
EPM is going to have to make those payments
after it has already spent a load of cash on meeting those milestones.
And given the number of shares that still have to go to Cerium, what is to prevent Cerium taking over EPM?
Another announcement that needs to be read is that the deal with Oz Yellow has fallen through.
Please abandon your repeated accusations of bitterness when posters challenge you. And please don't tell us yet again that GGG is in trouble - a fact that is evident to all and has no relevance whatsoever to the financial problems that EPM clearly faces.
