what are you talking about? Read the company’s announcement:
”The parties have agreed to extend the date on which Oz Yellow may undertake the IPO”
This has nothing to do with the ASX.
The two companies had a date set, being the 30th
of June to undertake the IPO. That hasn’t happened. IPO may proceed at some point, but the contractual agreement with Oz Yellow has expired. That date was weeks ago.
