If people would actually bother to read the announcement (crazy the things people expect these days isn't it), it's for "pending finalisation of the capital raising to complete the acquisition of Mashala Resources" OR the issue of convertible notes. I'm not entirely sure why they have to stop trading in CCC to do this, but that's all up to the company.
