Doesn't read like a well planned succession plan or announcement - thought we would have been provided with a few more details/resume of the new Chairman.
Certainly looks like that someone else is pulling the strings behind the scenes. Can't see Walker and AB voluntarily walking when prospects appearing to be the best its been for long time.
Would think the money men are insisting on changes to provide some credibility and would expect new directors appointments shortly. Which all means that the Big news is now more likely to follow.
