That is correct. The US currently doesnt. However Shenghe is currently working with MP in the US to set up a downstream processing facility. It is due to open in 2020. It is not far for Shenghe to ship GGGs concentrate to the site to supply the US if they hose too. However its probably more the matter on weather theyd prefer to use it for existing clientelee or take on more in the US and when theyd chose to declare such. Either way I susppect it safer to offer a deal once the US facility is operational and when they have the concentrate in hand to offer. It also doesnt bother GGG much as the concentrate is getting sold to Shenghe at market rate no matter where it ships.
