News were positive but well known since some time.
Traders seem to not have gotten the response by market they anticipated, hence pushing this up higher to exit, IMO.
I would call a retrace before more news arrive.
Overall, company is well positioned to gain from US push for alternative REO resources, but time lines are an issue with company due to slow regulatory processes, which overall might also be a road block for ongoing activities.
