You have to remember it was trading at 1.7c a month ago. The last capital came in on the re-list in February at 2c - there's a lot of money ($4.5M) sitting there having looked at every other stock on the ASX blowing up 200% in the past 10 months, and looking at EMT at sub 2c and suddenly now it's 4c. Of course they're going to cash out.
