Mikayla: Agree with your statement that "Anything under 10cents is CHEAP".
But what makes you claim with certainty that ITC's sp "has been kept down ARTIFICIALLY"??
To me, there where simply NOT enough buyers versus sellers in these past weeks. IF people would have put in substantial buy orders, the sp would have gone up. All JIMHO, of course and I might be wrong as so often.
