I would have thought that there was enough good news already to justify a much higher price. I suspect that the increased volume and price are merely a few brokers and analysts catching up. You must remember that there are very few analysts and investors following a share with such a low cap. As the cap increases and we have a few days with top gains, more people get to have a look at this stock and like what they see. It will take time, but we can't expect spectacular news each week. It just won't happen. These things take a little longer.
