Peter Coleman, Woodside Petroleum
Asked to nominate the skill he will be working on in 2020 as part of The Australian Financial Review’s Chanticleer poll, Peter Coleman nominated motivating his team.
“Our focus is now on delivering our growth projects: Senegal, Scarborough and Browse. That means our staff will be working round the clock and it’s my job to keep them at the top of their game and with all eyes on the ball,” he said.
Coleman hopes to get the three projects, which have a cumulative price tag of some $US30 billion ($43 billion) to the point of final investment decision within 12 to 18 months. Adding to the level of complication, Scarborough and Browse involve several partners and also require gas processing agreements to be sorted with other groups of partners.
