    Here's one that got me recently. Having 2 orders ready to go. One to buy if the stock goes down. One to sell if the stock goes up.
    The stock goes down to my retracement level - and I hit the sell order instead of the buy order in a panic.
    Instant loss.
    Anyone else done that?
