It's not a price sensitive announcement, because the news does not relate to a change in the revenue, profit, cashflow or business model of the company. This will works slightly in favour of us enthusiasts, because some investors will not receive an alert on this news. Personally, I've had my broker's SMS alerts set to "any announcement" for PRR for the past 2 years.
