Hi As I see it if Amer wants 70 percent of the company then they would have to make a takeover offer for the other 30 percent that we shareholders own.I wonder if they will put their hands up for any shares not taken up this time( If Any ) hopefully they will all be taken up as this will give the company a GOOD CASH ASSET Backing and make the current gold assetts a BONUS . Interested in hearing others comments re this Cheers Towie.
